In the intense summer of 2025, our team spent days traveling across the Sutlej River belt in search of elite Nili-trait buffaloes. Despite long journeys and extreme heat, we returned to the farm without finding a single animal that met our standards.

The very next day, a call came from Hota Village.

One of our trusted team members informed us about a newly calved heifer near the river. Sensing potential, we instructed him to stay with the owner overnight and carefully test her milk yield.
